I missed the match between Chelsea and Newcastle on Sat as I do not have Ch21. Starhub suspended that channel and made it avaliable to customers who upgraded to the new digital set up box. Even though the upgrade is free, customers have to pay a higher rental for the box.
I do not understand why I can't get all the channels despite paying the full subscription fees. Why can't they remove other channels instead? Since I could not watch the match on Saturday, I emailed a complaint and it seems they can't be bothered about my feedback. I have yet receive a response from them.
Maybe I should switch to MIO, be a Serie A fan instead.
