Blues were back in business following the Champions League win over Marseille. I looked forward to Chelsea beating Arsenal with at the same score at least.
Well, I was right. Too bad I did not place a bet. Drogba just cannot stop scoring against Arsenal. Another lucky backheel from him to maintain his unique record against the Gunners. Alex's trademark thunderbolt freekick in the second half finished that job. There should have been more goals if not for misses by Anelka and co. But I'm not complaining as long as Chelsea keeps winning.
Received news that Liverpool lost at home against Blackpool. Icing on the cake. Perhaps Liverpool may be relegated with Everton?
