The Blues did not take advantage of Arsenal's loss in form and fell to it's second home loss of the season. I was disappointed as I struggled to stay awake to watch the match. An own goal by Arsenal defender in the first half should have been enough to secure 3 points for the Blues. However, the team let their guard down to let van Persie capitalise with 2 strikes in the second half.
Liverpool will be playing today. I'm sure they will be even more motivated to get a win tonight. Big Phil needs to find a way to improve the Blues home form. When can I see Stamford Bridge becoming a fortress again?
